How Kansas Mortgage Lending collects, uses, shares, and protects your information — including the GLBA, TCPA, and CCPA/CPRA framework that governs a mortgage practice.

Kansas Mortgage Lending is a practice name used by Radley Brooks (NMLS #263374), a licensed Mortgage Loan Originator with Primary Residential Mortgage, Inc. ("PRMI"; NMLS #3094), an Equal Housing Lender. This Privacy Policy describes how this website (kansasmortgagelending.com/) — operated by Radley Brooks in connection with PRMI’s Hutchinson, KS branch (NMLS #937171) — collects, uses, shares, and protects information about visitors and applicants. PRMI’s corporate privacy notices apply in addition to this website-specific notice. Where PRMI’s corporate notice provides greater protection or different disclosures required by law (such as the GLBA Notice of Privacy Practices), those notices control.

California residents (CCPA/CPRA)

California residents have additional rights under the California Consumer Privacy Act, as amended by the CPRA, including the right to know, right to delete, right to correct, and right to opt out of certain sharing. To exercise these rights, contact us using the information in Section 9. Most categories of personal information collected in connection with a mortgage application are exempt under the GLBA carve-out, but we honor applicable rights for any information not covered by that exemption. We do not sell personal information within the meaning of the CCPA/CPRA.

Kansas, Oklahoma, Texas, Arkansas, Missouri residents

Residents of states in which PRMI’s Hutchinson branch is licensed have rights under the GLBA and applicable state law to review the information collected in connection with a loan application. See the PRMI corporate privacy notice provided at application for the full disclosure.

Mortgage loan application records are typically retained for no less than 25 months after the action taken on the application (under ECOA/Regulation B) and for longer periods as required by applicable law.
